Car history:
1) This is a 1969 427 L36 Corvette with a non matching 427/425 hp engine and Muncie M21 transmission. The heads are closed chamber # 3964291. Milage is unknown. The Odometer read 27 Miles when I got it in 2015. I was told the motor was rebuilt in 1983. The motor is Strong with no smoke. (Engine block numbers were machined off when it was decked. Rear block casting numbers are not legible). This is a fast car and fun to drive. Nice Driver. The Vette was in storage from 1984 until I bought it in 2015. I had the car painted in Baldwin Motion style (Paint is in great shape). New carpet, seat covers/ new foam installed. All new weather stripping. The bumpers and side pipe covers were rechromed. It has a L88 style hood and a L88 air cleaner. The windshield was replaced and there was no rust on the bird cage/ windshield frame. There was no rust on the chassis. 4 speed Hurst competition shifter and linkage. (I will throw in the original shifter and linkage). The stereo is a Retro Sound system with IPod cable. The original radio and speakers comes with the car. Headlights and wiper door work. No vacuum leaks. All vacuum related parts including lines have been replaced. Starts right up. Runs great. Scratches on the side windows and back window. Clock does not work. Tachometer bounces around a little. Have new cable. Im selling the Vette so I can move on to something different. Sold for $23,500 on June 22, 2018.
